Help with "Remove" tool in Beta PS

Community Beginner ,

I'm hoping someone can help you with the Remove tool not active in the latest Beta update version (Windows). I downloaded the beta version some weeks agao and the remove tool was not working for a couple of days then it began working for quite a while. It stopped working and the updates have not made any difference. We have updated the driver and used the "Learn how to fix" area when the message comes up "Could not complete your request because of a program error".

Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm getting the same exact error and the suggestions in "learn how to fix it" did not help either. You could try some other things I've tried so far - I've made a list here:

Let me know if any of them help. I'm very much hoping it will be resolved soon, too!

You might be able to fix this by going to your prefs and under image processing, set it to stable

Thanks for the suggestion but this didn't seem to work either.
