where are the tabs arranging?

i was asking where is the "history tab" refering the web photoshop 
where you can edit online  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/photoshop

You can drag a tab to change its position when you have two or more.

If you want to arrange open documents, you can do that in the Window menu

It's not clear what you are asking. If you are looking for the History panel, it is in the Window menu. 

 

If you are asking something else, please clarify.
