How to set cloud processing on Photoshop Beta Windows 10?

I can only find how to do it for Mac online. There is no option on a Windows 10 PC that I can find. So how to choose cloud processing for generative fill?

@Kevin32506225om55 Generative Fill is automatically cloud processing. The preferences you are referring to are for Select Subject, Selections and Remove tool. There are no preferences/settings to change Generative Fill from cloud to local. It requires Cloud to work.
