I can't find where to download Photoshop Beta

Where can I download Photoshop Beta?

I read other people downloaded the previous version of Photoshop Beta to avoid the "non-existing brush circle in Select and Mask" issue temporarily, so I ended up uninstalling Photoshop Beta. But, only after uninstalling it did I realize Photoshop Beta is nowhere to be found!

The Photoshop Beta download link on the Adobe website opens the Creative Cloud Desktop app, but nothing shows up. When I search Photoshop Beta in Creative Cloud, Beta doesn't show up anywhere. 

Is it just me? Can anyone help?

Hi @yoo255395964mkk if you are in a managed account like Enterprise, Teams or Education - you need to contact your plan Admin to allow access to the betas and any releases within 30-days.

Hi @yoo255395964mkk we can see your plan so you should be able to see/download the Ps beta. Try this to make sure you don't have any stale/broken files causeing this issue:

Same here, i already did that and still not working.
There is no Beta Apps tab

I tried using the cleaner tool and uninstalled everything, restarted the computer and tried re-installing Creative Cloud, but the beta app tab still isn't there. What I don't understand is that even on the browser, Photoshop Beta isn't included in what's available in my plan.

@yoo255395964mkk let's step back and make sure we are in sync... at one point you DID have Ps beta and were able to use it, but then due to a thread you read you deleted it and now you can NOT see any Ps beta options, the app or a way to download it again, is this correct?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Since June 20th I believe, I had no issues downloading Photoshop Beta and using it. I used it everyday and updated it every time there was an update. The most recent update caused some issues with the brush circle not appearing in Select and Mask. I wrote another post about this. After seeing that other people were able to avoid this issue temporarily by installing the previous version, I wanted to do that, so I uninstalled Photoshop Beta. But then, I couldn't find Photoshop Beta anywhere. I couldn't find the Beta Apps tab either. That's my current issue. 

Would I have to download Photoshop (not beta) and follow your instructions? I uninstalled literally all Adobe products with the cleaner tool, so I need to re-install Photoshop to follow your instructions.

Ok, thank you for the clarrification @yoo255395964mkk as a FYI, it is not possible to downgrade versions in Ps beta as you can with the Ps release versions.

I updated my driver and restarted my desktop. I'm not sure why that would have anything to do with Beta not showing up thought. It's still not showing up.

Creative Cloud knows if your computer does not meet minimum requirements for software and wont show them as available if the hardware does not meet requirements.

The other issue I see is you only have 67 GB of free disk space available. I'm not sure how much space the installer requires but on my Mac the beta takes up ~5 GB of disk space.

If you go to Photoshop Help Menu - what does the GPU Compatibility show?

Photoshop is only roughly 9Gb, so I have more than enough space in my C drive. 

It says my driver is out of date, which is weird because I just updated it to the most recent one I can download.

I also tried downloading Photoshop Beta on another desktop of mine that has better specs than the one I'm using, but I don't see the Beta apps tab as well. 😞 Any suggestions?

Unfortunately Intel has rendered the UHD 630 "end of life" meaning its no longer supported by Intel. Not sure what impact that has on beta or newer versions of Adobe Photoshop.

Photoshop works fine and Photoshop Beta "has been" working fine until now. And I just confirmed on another desktop with much better specs that this isn't an issue just on my computer 😞 I have the same issue on that other desktop. I don't see the Beta Apps tab so I can't find where I can download PS Beta.

@yoo255395964mkk to be sure, you have TWO different computers and neither can see/download Ps beta? The one computer used to have Ps beta on it, then it was removed and now won't show that as an option, and the other computer never had Ps beta on it, but it can't see the Ps beta as well?

Have you logged out and then back in to CCD?  Have you changed anything to your Adobe ID/email that is associated with it?  You can see and use all your Adobe apps EXCEPT Ps beta?

This is a headscratcher, so far you are the only customer we are hearing from with this issue but we are happy to keep trying and looking into what is possibly causing this with you.

I'm having the same issue!  I turned my computer on this morning, Photoshop Beta was unable to update, I tried using the shortcut to load it, it wouldn't load, I went to programs, it wasn't there!  Now I'm on the Photoshop site and I can't find the ap at all!!!  2023 version still does not work for me, I hate it.  Beta did what I'ver always liked about Photosop.  HELP!!!

@what now toons you can find the beta app in the CC desktop app under Apps/Beta. In order to update your computer has to meet the minimum requirements. Try uninstalling the current beta, then refresh/restart the CC desktop app to see if the newer beta is available.

Correct. 

One desktop had PS Beta. I uninstalled it, and from that point on, I can't find PS Beta. 
On another desktop with better specs, Creative Cloud or PS Beta were never installed on it. I installed CC for the first time, but I can't find PS Beta as well. 

I haven't changed anything. The only action I took was to uninstall PS Beta and all the problems started from there. 

I have tried logging out and signing back in CC. The issue remains. 
On the 2nd desktop, it was my first time installing CC and signing in CC, but no Beta Apps.

Oh and Photoshop works fine. I have no issues with PS. It's just PS Beta that I can't seem to find.

I don't know why, but I found out it's an issue only on my account. I tried creating a new account and I see Beta Apps (including PS Beta) fine. 

I'm using the other account for now, but I would still like this issue fixed if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
