Internet connection issue

Photoshop software is being disconnected from the Internet connection, while the rest of the apps and browsers are connected. It keeps asking to check for internet connection while using the generative tool.

@maryhazzam check your Windows Defender/router settings to make sure Photoshop, Adobe, and Firefly are allowed.

they are allowed.. yet still having this issue

What frequency are you connected to? I've seen reports where with dual band wifi AI connects with 5 ghz but not with the slower 2.4 ghz.
