Just wondering how I can gain access to photoshop beta

For whatever reason I do not have the Betas category in my CC menu. Tech support could not help me resolve my issue. Is there anything else that I can do or is there a special aacount permission that I need?

Thank you for the update. Have you tried creating a new Adobe ID and seeing if that account is somehow at issue?

No matter what ive tried i havent had any luck. There no Configs folder in the OOBE folder either so I cannot edit the xml file like others have

    Hi @alex31406007h0h0 based on your subscription you should be able to see Ps beta.

     

    Try logging out of CCD, restart your computer, then log back in, do you see it now?  Have you ever seen beta apps or is the first time you are looking for them?

     

    Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230727.m.2257 47ac892 x64 is the latest Ps beta that you should be able to download from CCD.
