Keyboard Shortcuts Failure

I have been using Photoshop Beta for about 6 months on my Windows Desktop 10.  Yesterday all the shortcuts failed.  I am using Version 25.11.0.  I wanted to report that, having found this community I followed a suggestion to:

1: Close all programmes

2: Open Photoshop Beta while holding down Ctrl+Alt+Delete.  It produce a blue screen! But, having dismissed this, all my shortcuts have been restored.  

This is the first time I have lost the shortcuts and so happy the suggestion worked I thought I would share it.
