Lost Generative tool bar

Using the new generative function the new toolbar was sitting on the bottom of an image and i wanted to add anelement there, tried to move it down under image and could not so selected Hide and it went away, could then use AI from the right hand adjustmnent area, but now when I open a new image in Beta verion I cannot find the Generative tool bar when I select an area on the image, it gone, its not in the tools selection, how do i get it back
