My creative cloud desktop app doesn't have beta apps

As shown in the image, Beta Apps is missing and I'm trying to access Photoshop Beta. My CC version is 5.11.0.522.1, I'm running Windows 11, and I have a personal account, not enterprise or school.

I purchased the photography plan and photoshop works fine but I can't install the beta. I've already uninstalled and used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool. I don't have a Config file to edit. I've already tried to repair it. Is there any solution that I'm missing?
