Hi. You need to install the Creative Cloud Desktop app first. After that, you will find the Beta options when you open that app.

Okay, but the screenshot you attached is from the website not of the CC Desktop App. Click on the CC icon with the red point in the upper of the interface and check it. You should see something like this screenshot.

Hi. Please try logging out of the CC desktop app and logging in again. If that doesn't work, try running the Creative Cloud Uninstaller then re-install the CC desktop app.
