Hi @Matheus Franca sorry you are having issues.  Could you explain your workflow, what were you doing when you saved the project, the type of project and what happens when you tried to open it?

 

What browser are you using, have you tried a different one?

 

Are you able to open any cloud file or just having the issue with this one you describe?
