I didn't notice your image for some reason, and it might be to do with the filter, but it is more likely a display issue.  Our goto firs step in those instances is Deactivate Native Canvas so give that a try and let us know how you get on?

Hi Suzanne.   Are you viewing at 100% 1:1 zoom ratio?

If you save the result and view in another app, do you still see the artefacts?

It would help if we could see a screen shot.  Make it full res of your entire workspace showing document and layers panel.
