Photoshop Beta Installation Stuck 1%

Hello, as the title mentioned. I've installed Photoshop 24.7 and I'm trying to install Photoshop Beta via Creative Cloud. Unfortunately, somehow, the installation always stucks at 1%. I've tried restarting my compiuter, uninstall and reinstall Photoshop 24.7. Non worked. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
