I had Photoshop Beta on my work computer as a part of the Adobe Creative Cloud and used it often. My computer had some issues so it was wiped and ACC reinstalled.
Photoshop Beta is now not available. I have tried all the tricks possible, but, as it is a part of an institution I'm met with admin blockages. The trouble is no one in IT has any idea about ACC and has said that I am an admin so I should have no issues.
I would love to talk to someone at ACC but the only way possible is through a virtual assistant, which I'm unable to access because I'm not an admin.
IT doesn't know how to make me an admin, doesn't know what Photoshop Beta is, how to get it, or why it's gone. Help?

Hi @Polly29922152yic8 your IT is confused. You may be an Admin on your computer, but they manage the Creative Cloud deployment through an Admin console that unless they've promoted you - individuals do not have access to. Send them this file which explains how to "Enable Installs of Beta Apps" and 30-day releases to users for installs.
