Photoshop Beta not appearing in Creative Cloud desktop app

Community Beginner ,

Having just purchased a new laptop 2 weeks ago and, on downloading the apps under my Photography Plan and wanting to test out Photoshop (Beta), I find that both the "Beta" tab and "Photoshop (Beta)" are now longer appearing in the Creative Cloud desktop app but are showing on my mobile phone.  When I first installed all my apps on this new laptop Photoshop (Beta) was showing as was the "Beta" tab but no longer (not showing under "Pre-Release" tab either, only Illustrator (Beta)).

I have tried all the fixes I could find on the Adobe site and forum and on the wider internet but nothing works.  In fact, one the Adobe fixes couldn't even be tried as going to "%AppData%\Adobe\OOBE" and opening the "OOBE" folder results in no file named "ServiceConfig.xml" which is what it said you had to delete...can't delete it if it doesn't exist.

The new laptop is an MSI Ai 17 Pulse with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/Radeon 890M / 32Gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8GB (Studio driver) / Windows 11 64-bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm out of ideas and I really want to try out the new features in Beta.

Hi Cory, just to let you know that I have managed to finally find and install Photoshop Beta by using Creative Cloud through an incognito page in my browser.  It and the BETA tab are now also appearing under CCD.

Thank you

Hi @Smudge_1971 we see three machines listed as activated on your account.  Can you delete the old one so you only have two, then log out of CCD and then back in.  Are you able to see Ps Beta tab now?  Please share any screenshot of your CCD app for the team to see as that also might help.

Thanks,

Cory - Photoshop Product Manager

Hi again Cory, Further to my recent reply, I have done as you suggested and decativated my old laptop so "Activated Devices" only now shows "MSI on WINDOWS_64" active.  I have signed out of CCD and signed back in and still no BETA tab or PHOTOSHOP (BETA) showing anywhere. I've taken a couple of screenshots to show you what I'm seeing under CCD.

Again, any help is most appreciated.
