Has there been any update with this? This started for me about 2-3 months ago and it's driving me nuts!

Thanks for sharing the details. I'll have the team review this. You're also working on macOS 14.6.1, if possible update to the latest version of macOS and check if that helps.

Thanks!

Hey, @JenGonzo. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. The original post is 6 years old. I've separated your comment as a new post in Photoshop (beta).  I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does this happen when you use any image? Is Sample All layers enabled? Have you tried switching to Legacy Healing Brush, too? Does the Heal tool lag when used with a Mouse instead of stylus inputs?

Awaiting to hear from you. Thanks!

Hi Sameer,

This issue is with any photo in Photoshop (beta). I sample Current Layer only. I'm not sure how to switch to the Legacy healing brush, can you explain? I use a mouse only.

(Side note: after not finding anything in the forums for a solution, i switched back to regular Photoshop and that works. Problem is in Beta.)
