PS Beta Incomplete Download, Does Not Launch - Mac Ventura 13.2.1

Hi,

When attempting to download PS Beta from the CC Manager App, everything proceeds/appears normal. When prompted to open the downloaded app, nothing happens.

Taking a look in Mac's app folder, it seems no app file for Beta exists:

My install of PS 2024 (25.9.1) launches/works fine.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled what's been downloaded as PS Beta (using the CC Manager app) with no effect.

Any ideas? I'm on an M2 MacPro with Ventura 13.2.1.

I guess I hadn't logged out of CC, or restarted the app, in a really, really long time? In case anyone else is dealing with a similar issue:

The old version of the CCD app had the "sign out" option greyed out. Weird. So I clicked through to the web app and signed out there. Then I quit CCD, relaunched it. That crashed, throwing a "...taking to long to initialize" error, which prompted another relaunch.

This time, an auto-update began of the CCD. When done it auto-launched (with me already signed in??) and a wave of individual auto-updates for each app started. I now have latest versions of everything, including a finished/complete install of Photoshop Beta. Strange but I'll take it!

My instance of the CC App (6.2.0.554) doesn't show an available update to Photoshop? When navigating to "Other Versions", the app lists 25.9.1 as the latest.

Hi @Gardiner35375748yngo have you had Ps beta downloaded before, or is this your first time? The curret version of Ps release is:

Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.11.0 20240716.r.706 b326a7d arm64, are you able to update that without any issues?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
