New Here ,
Sep 09, 2023 Sep 09, 2023

Was using the PS Beta version and was putting a gradent layer over one of my layers and i can't find the button that only affects the layer below and not the whole images. I'm sorry but so far not liking the new upgrade. things need to change or maybe going to another platform

In Photoshop CC, go to Window > Layers (F7) to invoke the Layers Panel.

Make sure the topmost layer is active.

I've moved your post from Adobe Express to Photoshop Beta, since you are not using Express.

https://www.adobe.com/express/

Adobe Beta is not an upgrade to the released version of Photoshop. The beta version is used to test features and find bugs so they can be fixed before they go into the released version. If you don't want to participate in the beta program, you can use the released version of Photoshop instead — or you can install both.
