PS Neural Filters Photo Restoration disabled; recommendations for another photo restoration app?

I have previously successfully used the Photoshop > Neural Filters> Photo Restoration filter.

Today I receive the following error: "We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error."
I tested Photoshop 2025, 2023, and Beta.

I researched community.adobe.com and discovered multiple posts about this error dating as far back as 2021. It is now 2024.

The “answer” seems to be: “Unfortunately this is a Beta feature right now, meaning there are no guarantees that this will be readily available or work all the time.”

Question: Can anyone recommend a photo restoration application that I can use as a workaround for whenever the Photoshop > Neural Filters> Photo Restoration filter is disabled?

Photoshop > Neural Filters> Photo Restoration filter was working fine for me until my last photo when I received that message. After trying all the solutions given in earlier posts, none of which worked, I found a solution. My photo had three faces, two facing the camera and turned to the side. When I blocked the face which turned to the side, the other two faces and the whole photo restoration worked. Not really a proper solution as I had to mask out the box and was left the turned face not restored. Maybe someone can make sense of this!

I was using the filter with no problems until two days ago and now I too get this same message. 
I was hoping after the update today that it would be fixed but no luck.
