"Generative Fill" is not available

Adobe Photoshop Beta version 24.5 m.2152 is installed, Creative Cloud Application is up to date. Graphics driver is up to date, Windows is up to date. Photoshop beta has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Language settings have been changed and reset. Nothing has worked to display or function generative fill. It works on another laptop in the room is using it. i can't think of any more solutions.

    After a long research I am now undecided whether my one laptop does not meet the minimum requirements for the functions:

    • 12th Gen i3
    • 16GB RAM
    • 64-bit Windows 10 Pro
    • but no separate gpu

    maybe this is the reason - the other laptop has a separate GPU and a newer CPU
