I am using Windows 10 22H2,  DELL Inspiron 5491 2n1, Inbuilt Intel UHD Graphics, Photoshop 26.2.

Yes it's a 4 year old Laptop with no additional GPU, Just the on-board Intel UHD.

Drivers are the latest available from the Dell Support Page.

It runs all other new features such as neural and parametric filters with no issues. My other PC which is a desktop with Nvidia GPU with not run it either.

Are Adobe engingeering software which will not run on the majority of average users PC's.

I have also seen other reports of this tool not working on other people's Windows PCs with the same errors.

Yes I know this is Tech Preview and by implication 'Beta' but Adobe do ask for feedback.

As Far as I know they haven't changed system requirements to run Photoshop.

It might be what @Trevor.Dennis  has called out, your GPU is internal and may not be up to specs needed. Your driver is over 42 months old...

What are we looking at here?  You have a 4 core CPU running at just 2.3Ghz and AFAICS you are using onboard graphics, although it has a reasonable amount of memory for onboard GPU.

Is this a laptop?  If yes, are you sure it doesn't have a second more powerful GPU, which you are not using?

I'm a bit out of touch with this stuff, but it looks like your system is marginal for some of the newer Ai features.  Can you run all of the Neural and Parametric filters OK?

I don't have a Windows laptop so can't show you a decent screenshot, but I found this one on line.\

See if you have NVIDIA Control Panel, and open it.

Go to Manage 3D Settings > Integrated graphics and choose the High Performance Option if it has that option.

The bottom line here IMO is that your system is a bit marginal to run the newer Ai features that require heavy lifting, but @CShubert will obviously know way more than me about it.

Just tried the same workflow on my older Desktop PC with an NVidia GT740 GPU, I got exactly the same result except I did not get the GPU disabled message. That has only the current production version of Photoshop on.

After enabling tech previews and restarting, I opened the RAW file from the Nikon D3300 into the camera raw and clicked on the Reflections checkbox. It started to process as expected, and then at about 50%, it flashed up the messages. I cannot get a result with any file I have tried. Happy to supply further info or logs. Or retry on a file you sent me.

Hi @Frogman38 could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing as well as your workflow so we can try to reproduce this issue?  Once you have turned on Tech Preview and restarted your Ps, walk us through your process along with images, this will be a huge help.
