Smart Object Update Fail

Fix the bug where changes made inside a smart object aren’t saved when returning to the main composition. This is one of the most annoying bugs lately.

I don't remember seeing this reported before. Can you give us more details?

To confirm your issue:

• you open the SO
• make edits
• save the PSB
• close the PSB

and the edits don't show up? We may need screenshots or further clarification.

Also, is this something that used to work and then stopped? Is it all documents or just one?

1. I open the PSB and make some changes.
2. I save it  close the window, and go back to the main canvas.
3. The changes aren’t applied and I have to redo everything from scratch.

I’m not sure how to reproduce this bug consistently    but it happens under these circumstances: when working with multiple artboards inside Photoshop and having several PSB compositions from those artboards open at the same time.

I’ve noticed this issue even in earlier beta versions, long before the Nano Banana feature appeared.
