The Adjustment layer disappears

Hi, I have no idea what happen but the Adjustment  tap and the Libary tab it is there but nothing inside of it .even after restarting the pc the problem still there

    Please update to the latest Ps beta - Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230712.m.2239 0f0768a x64
