The Service Is Not Responding

Every time I try to use Generative Fill, it works once--maybe--and then does not and gives the error message "The Service is not responding. Check your internet connection." My internet connection is fine. The tool is erratic and fails to work most of the time.

@BWW49 check your router and Windows Defender settings - make sure Photoshop application is listed and allowed.
