visualization error

It is having a bug with a light spot as shown in the image. Every time there's an image that needs to be resized this flaw spot appears, preventing me from visualizing what I'm editing. I often have to restart the program to start using it again.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
