Working on Macbook Air, M2,. When I am working in a layer and select Filter, Camer Raw Filter (I use command-shift-A) a pop-up to "watch quick video" covers the sliders. The video is about Layers. There is no option to close it. No option to "not show again" and if I click on the PLAY icon, nothing plays. I can click on the sliders under the pop-up but the pop-up doesn't go away. There is also a "Learn More" link in the pop-up but it's not an actual link you can click on.

I'm having the same issue. Every time I visit the adjustments panel for example, the popup video appears and remains for 10+ seconds, with no way to make it go away. The provided suggestion by the Adobe rep (to disable all of these popup videos) is far from a viable solution, as all it does is simply replace one large inconvenience for another.

I'm guessing I'm not alone when I say that I don't want to (and shouldn't have to) entirely disable all help videos, just in order to be able to work unobstructed. I personally find the videos useful when it comes to learning new features or re-familiarizing myself with a tool that I haven't used in awhile... but having to go into the preference settings and continuously enable / disable them, seems highly inconvenient and lazy on Adobe's part.

Here's an idea... why doesn't Adobe just fix the issue (bug) and include a legit remedy? It should be blatantly obvious this isn't normal behavior, nor a convenient or logical solution. There are numerous ways to remedy this... for instance, 1) Place a closeout 'x' on the pop-up video, 2) Have the videos pop up elsewhere (to where they aren't preventing access to the tools, 3) Allow users the option to disable the videos on a tool by tool basis, with a mention that they will remain accessible via the tool's or palette’s pop-up menu etc.

I see these lazy and nonsensical 'solutions' provided frequently by Adobe reps, instead of fast tracking the issues by sending them directly to the development team for immediate fixing. For instance, take the issue pertaining to the 'Cmd-H' keyboard command (which is necessary to hide the inverted rectangle that appears over selected type in Illustrator), etc. This Cmd-H keyboard function is necessary in order to properly view selected text when cycling through fonts (since it's otherwise difficult to view the text properly).

Yet for whatever reason, this functionality no longer works (hasn't for a few years now) when 'GPU Performance' is enabled within the Illustrator Preference settings. Though by disabling that, you of course run into numerous other issues. But regardless, when users asked for a fix, Adobe's 'solution' was not to fix the issue, but rather suggest users to go back and forth between enabling and disabling that setting. Again, trading one inconvenience for another. No regard for the fact that doing so is incredibly time wasting, (especially when you forget to re-enable the setting and are left wondering why certain other needed features are no longer working as expected).

If I seem irritated, it's because I am. I've encountered this lack of concern over legitimate user complaints, far too often over these last few years. I've wasted dozens of hours dealing with support tickets, writing bug reports, and so on; yet despite these efforts and having been told repeatedly by Adobe staff that the issues I raised were indeed legitimate and would be pursued, nothing ultimately happens. So I write this in hopes that maybe someone who works at this company will actually make an effort to resolve some of these blatant issues.

RIGHT? You nailed it. Yes, videos are well done and useful but I'M TRYING TO USE THE BRUSH TOOL so do not gaslight me by asking me to send you system info. For the love of God I want to use the healing tool not watch a video (again).
