What's the difference between 1.91:1 and 1.91 : 1 crops?

I have these 2 crop settings and i don't know what the real difference is. I generally understand ratios but this is really boggling my mind. Screenshots attached. Whenever I change to the second 1.91:1 it defaults to 5:4.

The window on the left of the Options bar is simply the name, and does not indicate the actual crop ratio.  You can use non numeric characters in the window, as below.  They don't mean anything other than being what you want to call a saved preset.

So is 1.91:1 not one of the preset crops? If not it must have been added by another user. Thanks
