Where is Photoshop Beta to reinstall (missing after uninstalling newest update)

I was using generative fill on the first Photoshop Beta fine except often couldn't find it - just got the contextual bar with "select subject" and "remove background" and haphazardly found "generative fill." I kept getting "there is a new update to Photoshop Beta" so I just updated and cannot find generative fill anywhere. So I uninstalled app to REINSTALL and now it doesn't show up anywhere as a program to install not even if I just google to find.

I don't think I've ever been so aggravated as I have trying to intuit where generative fill is - despite having used it plenty already. Why is it not visible or obviously selectable? It's like it is a treasure hunt to find it. Come on Adobe. I'm more than a decade into this... it should not be so difficult to FIND IT.

Have you tried GF in the released version of Photoshop yet? You can download it from the Creative Cloud app with your paid subscription.

You can choose Generative Fill from any of the following options:

Select Edit > Generative Fill from the application bar.
Ctrl/ Right+click with a selection active and choose Generative Fill from the menu.

The Contextual Task Bar lives in the Window menu. You can reopen it if you have closed it.

At least one person turned out to be referring to the CTB when they said that Generative Fill was missing, so I wonder if the OP is meaning the same thing? I guess it can be confusing with a panel that automatically appears when Generative Fill becomes and option, until suddenly... it doesn't!

I've added a shortcut to toggle mine on and off, because even when pinned, it can get in the way. I started dragging it well out of the way, but then found that I couldn't find the blimmin thing. Turning it off via a shortcut is working much better for me, and you know how I hate to waste those precious Function keys. 😉

Good point, Trevor. A paid subscription (or the 7-day trial) is also required now to use GF.
