Photoshop 2023 shows a flickering black and white screen when opening files

About two weeks ago, a problem occurred where a flickering black and white screen appears when opening files in Photoshop. The flicker rate is about four times per second. This problem occurs with any file extension, and even when creating a new file. During this state, no other actions could be taken except closing the file.
