adobe trying to force label photos thinking AI was used when it was not

these beta things are getting anoying , any idea why adobe would mark my phoot saying it has AI in it when it does not ?

It has clearly had the AI-based lens blur applied. The blown-out background is so dominant that it tends to overshadow it, but a trained eye can see it;-)

I think Adobe's Content Credentials (and the whole global Content Authenticity Initiative) is a very smart way to handle AI-generated content, and very reassuring. It clearly works as intended.
