AI Tagged but original content in photoshop....

Photoshop is tagging my original content as AI Generated and I want answers in how to fix this issue.  It tags meta data into the files saying it contains ai content when I use my personally drawn in procreate illustrations that I have then vectored and put into photoshop to give client mockups. Why? The service center is absolutely usless at the moment and don't get back to you. All this AI nonsense is just causing issues left right and center - It is supposed to be industry standard but standards are way less than ideal.
With this issue I am trying to export a .jpeg or .png and its saying it has to tag it as ai generated which is absolutely insulting.

What Stephen is getting at is that several tools use Firefly in the background, like the Remove tool - unless you actively turn it off in the tool options. If you use one of these tools and then undo, it will still be tagged.

Generally, any Firefly-generated content requires that you accept the terms and conditions. If you get this dialog and do not accept, no Firefly will ever be used in any context.

You can also check in System Info under "Firefly version". If it states a version, it has been used at some point. If not, it will say "Please enable Firefly to view version" or something similar. Then you know it has never been used.

It's also well documented that some social media have their own algorithms that falsely tags images as AI, even when not tagged from Adobe.

Fully understand. Yeah, definately didn't use any firefly elements or tools in the doccument. The devs are looking into it. I sent them all files, native files, vector files, full photoshop history, version numbers etc. so I will report back with the findings. It's not the kind of thing you look at and expect when saving a file so I hope it's just an isolated event.

None at all, everything was manual as I prefer to have personally done everything so I know it's perfect. AI stands out from a mile away.

No remove tool, no background extension etc?

Nah, nothing generative at all. Only way to export it without the ai meta tag is to save as a tif, and open in PS then export.
It seems to happen to alot of my illustrations which are completely unique with no references used so I don't know whats going on. It's worrying that Adobe wants to put their name to your work claiming I used firefly - but firefly has never been used once on my computer.

Did you use any generative tool or command on the image?

You can select all layers and then use layer > duplicate > new document and then export from that file.

I have receieved some in depth help from a lovely service center person fiiiiiinally. 2 hours later they are looking into it. Will update if there is any resolve. CHECK YOUR EXPORTED FILES PEOPLE! (google image meta data search and upload your files)
