Brush size is not precise anymore...

I've used PS for a few decades and latest version changed the way precise brushes looks on the screen, now I can't predict exactly where the brushstroke is going to be because the circle is sligthly larger...

Please let me know If there's a new setting I need to change to go back to the old precise brush, where the size and the actual paint/color are the same size.

OMG Thank you so much!! I don't know how the pointer size was changed, but this fixed the issue! There should be a toggle for this in Photoshop, something like: "Ignore system pointer size"....
