Re your screenshot, we can't translate rasterised text, but assuming you are trying to Select Subject and it's not working, maybe consider resetting your Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults. You can do this under the General tab in Photoshop Preferences/Settings.

Yes, I'm trying to do that, I did what you suggested and it didn't work.

Which exact version of Photoshop and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Does this error appear when you select subject on one image or all images?

Which exact version  (the latest is 25.11) and of the 900GB how much is spare?

Did this just start happening and have you recently upgraded your version of Photoshop and do you have any Beta versions installed?

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
