Cannot Verify Subscription Status - error code 1800 (Internet ok and also no AV temp)

dear Adobe Community,

this is so frustrating, i reinstalled my system on windows 11 and installed also adobe cloud of course, i get the error the whole time, my internet connection is without problems, my AV is switched off temporarily, also my timezone is correct and it still doesnt work.

this is since 2 days and nothing helps.

does anyone have any ideas?

thanks a lot!!!

i dunno what helped but i deactivated the internet sync for the time and date, but i never did that so maybe the logging out and relog in was the solution :). YOU SAVED ME!
