Crash when changing printing preferences

Photoshop crashes when trying to change printing preferences.  Error message reads:  "Function address 0x00007FFA03D1536C caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly."

Please help!!!!

Hi @karenann9898 try restting the print preferences by holding the space bar while going to File>Print.

Also make sure your printer drivers are all updated.
