Ebenen lassen sich nicht verschieben

Bei mir lassen sich auf einmal die Ebenen nicht mehr verschieben.

Woran kann das liegen, bzw. was kann ich dagegen tun?

Please post a screen shot as @Ged_Traynor has already asked, making sure that the Layers panel is clearly visible.

@Pauline30697842qn7n what exact version of Photoshop are you using, can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface to highlight the issue
