Export, or Expotr as not working

When I click export or export as nothign happens.

 

OS: windows 11

hardware: Asus ROG

 

troubleshooting done:

 

-reinstall PS

-windows update

-uncheck GPU

-check disk space

-allocate new scratchdisk

-reset export settings

-no plugins used

 

Recently ran sfc and disk cleanup which may be related.

Hey, @Nikolett298768217fr3. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Great suggestion from @Ged_Traynor & @Ben107584 M. 

 

Please share details if this happens with a specific document. If yes, share the sample PSD and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here. 

 

For a temporary workaround, go to Photoshop > Settings > Export > Use legacy 'Export as' & restart Photoshop. Also, have you tried using Photoshop (beta)? Go to Creative Cloud > Apps section > Beta Apps tab.

Something I have tried in the past is to log in as another user or guest user on the computer if that is an option for you. There have been times when I get weird issues and by logging in as another user I notice the errors do not exist. But if this does work, then usually the next step is to migrate to the new user account on the computer.
