Generative Fill grayed out

The Generative Fill function has been grayed out as of today. It has worked seemlessly in the last days. It maybe that I ran out of credits for this month (I doubt it but it could be). but even then Adobe says:

After the credit limits apply, if users reach their plan-specific generative credit limit during the month before they reset:

  • Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock paid users can keep taking generative AI actions but using generative AI features to create vector graphics or standard-resolution images* may be slower.

So, this should not be a problem, right?

How can I fix it?

Hi @Priyanth37191851gwx0,

Thanks for reaching out! The Generative Fill option being grayed out could indicate a temporary issue or a configuration problem. To narrow it down, could you please check if the feature is working in Photoshop on the web?

•Visit Photoshop on the web and try using Generative Fill there.

•This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your desktop app or if it’s a broader problem.

Let me know how it goes, and we’ll explore further solutions if needed!

Best regards,

Anshul Saini
