Generative Fill keeps making subjects I don't ask for

Using photoshop 26.0 I was dissapointed to learn that now leaving the generative fill blank won't provide the best possible backgropund for the image. I used to use this alot to remove unwanted subjects etc. The remove tool AI or not doesn't always work under certain circumstances. Now if you leave the subject blank or even if you write something like best background or if you're trying to fill in a building if you type bu8ilding or city what you will get are random subject like AI stock images of models or pets. I remevber this being a big issue with photoshop beta I hope in the next patch the ai goes back to filling the best possible image automatically.
