Glitchy on everything

I'm finding the new photoshop update extremely glitchy.

With every move I make it breaks up the screen and moves if im trying to cut things out.

Its making it really dificult to work with

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Performance). Any better?

What is the exact version of the update you're having trouble with? In Photoshop, go to Help > System Info... to see the version of Photoshop.

 

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
