GPU in camera raw not working after Sept 16 Windows 11 pro operating system upgrade

My computer automatically upgraded to Windows 11 pro operating system version 23H2 on Sept 16. Beginning Sept 17, my GPU in Photoshop preferences appears to be working, but the GPU in camera raw is not working. 

When will the upgrade to camera raw happen? Will that solve the problem?

Try

6. Check and delete the TempDisableGPU3 or TempDisableGPU2 files

from here:
