Harmonization is not working as expected

In Photoshop Beta 26.1, the Harmonization tab is not opening up with variations or to re-generate. It is not showing up. 

OS version: Win 10

Workflow: Downloaded and Enabled it from Filters> Neural Filters> Harmonization(for beta). Then tried to applied it on a layer having mask or transparency.  The feature is not working as expected and demonstrated. The Tab is not showing up.
