How do I access my Adobe subscription for business on iPad?

I cannot use the Microsoft login on my tablet, like I do on desktop, so when I sign in using the Adobe login, it takes me to my personal profile, which doesn't have its own subscription. Then it offers no way to switch to my business profile, which has a full CC subscription.

Your IT admins have a console that they use to assign and authorize apps. They would need to get you set up. If this is your individual purchase, you'll have to sign in to Adobe with your personal email. However, if your iPad is managed by an MDM, again your IT would need to set this up.

@anthony_7691 wait - are you on an enterprise managed account or an individual subscription? Azure authentication (Microsoft) is only available to Enterprise.

Can you elaborate on "provisioned"? We have been unable to find anything like that. I have the All Apps assigned to my profile, and Photoshop for the iPad is on the list of included apps.

The icon showing the building is your business account - not a personal one. It's logged in properly but the app is not provisioned.

@anthony_7691 check with your Adobe Admin (IT) - see if they have enabled the mobile apps. It's an option in the Adobe Enterprise Console.

There is no option to choose business or personal. Upon entering my email and password, it is automatically redirected. I'll attach photos.

@anthony_7691 When you log in with your Microsoft ID (email) choose the "Business" not "Personal" from there it will take you to Azure. There is no specific button to choose a Microsoft ID - its automatic once you enter your company email.

As far as we've been able to tell, there is no option to block personal devices. I can't use azure, because there is no option for Microsoft login. When I do login using the Adobe sign in button, I'm directed to a page to select a subscription. My business account has a subscription already.

@anthony_7691 when using an Azure authentication it should show the personal account/company account unless your company has blocked personal devices. Check with your IT.
