I am absolutly bewildered! PSCC not responding correctly.

PSCC was not responding correctly to commands dictated by the cursor and sometimes the cursor would stay on Magnifier or maybe on White Balance tool.  Sometimes Masking worked correctly but frequently a duplicate set of thumbnails appeared at the top of the screen in ACR.  Additional Histograms would pop up in ACR.  Frequently the PSCC would crash, I would restart, initially all OK and then the errors would become increasingly prevalent - errors would become accumulative.  I have reinstalled PSCC, Reset preferences, the PC well excedes minimum requirements it is a new build - I had it rebuilt/updated because I was getting all these errors with the older PC but now things are just as bad with the rebuilt PC.. I have a fast processor, lots of Ram a new Graphics card NVIDIA RTX3050 with the latest Studio driver with fully optimised installation.  I have tried all the usual suggestions recommended  - Reset Preferences, clearing cache ensuring enough Ram allocated, extra Scratch dives etc all to no avail.  Any help would be welcome - please - I have comepletely run out of ideas.
