I am currently residing in Thailand and intended to utilize the Generative AI capabilities as advertised. Last week, I purchased the Photoshop program for a monthly fee of $10, with hopes of using it effectively. However, I am unable to access the Generative AI feature as the program claims a violation of Adobe's policies, despite not having used it yet.
Upon checking, I found that Thailand is within the authorized area for using Firely. When I contacted the agent, they suggested that I change the email associated with my Adobe account. I followed their instructions but the issue remains unresolved.
I have attempted several troubleshooting methods, including uninstalling Creative Cloud, reinstalling the program, changing my internet connection, logging in and out repeatedly, yet I am still unable to use the program up to this moment.
I am deeply disappointed and wish for someone in authority at Adobe to take responsibility for my financial loss, in accordance with Adobe's policy of providing honest service to customers.
Thank you.

Have you checked under the PS Windows pull-down menu to make sure the Contextual Task Bar is checked on? If not checked - the Generative Field will not be seen. A very common issue among new users.

No-one here can help you or even comment on that. This forum is predominantly answered by volunteer Adobe users.
Can you open Photoshop and go to Help >System info and click on 'Copy'. Then paste the info here.
