If you change the values in the Info panel itself by clicking on one of the Eyedroppers, does that work?

Similar problem - can't change to Total Ink. When i choose Total Ink and press OK, there's still Actual Color.

Photoshop 26.4.1, Windows 10.

After updating to Photoshop version 26.4.1, info pannel does not show LAB readings when in other color mode. It is automacialy set to CMYK also when I reaply First / Second Color Readout under Info panel->Panel Options. It is a crucial setting when doing color correction / inspection.

Mac OS version 15.3.1

@axelb1021337

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud desktop to the Photoshop forum.

Which exact version of Photoshop are you using and when did this issue begin?

I also edited your subject for clarity. It was "Photoshop Update".

It is Version 26.4.1 – updated today late morning and noticed at noon (Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.1 on Mac Studio M1 Max)

There is a problem in the latest photoshop and in the BETA version. The Info panel options window does not work correctly. The total ink setting does not work. Also the CMYK option does not show. It shows in RGB all the time. Please fix this because we cannot work. Best regards

Info panel will not display Lab. Lab displays CMYK, CMYK displays HSL

What version of macOS are you using?

Intel or Apple Silicon?

Is that on an image that is in that particular color space or when switching color values in the Info panel itself?

Can you post a screenshot(s) to illustrate the issue?

So far i'm not seeing that here with Photoshop 2025 (ps ver 26.4) running on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 on a 2022 Mac Studio.

You could try a reset of the Photoshop preferences to see if that corrects the issue:
