Last update photoshop opens but won't work

Updated photoshop now the program opens but won't open any files, nor will it create a new board, and also won't close on its own. I have to use the task manager to force the close. I can't find any questions about this to help. 

All Windows updates done - Windows 11 Pro

Nvidia Studio drivers are up to date

GPU compatibility check all green

    I am having this same problem. I can't open anything in ACR, whether I try through PS or Bridge. The application opens partially and then freezes. This is ridiculous.

      Hi @Penny Elmore Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
