So I noticed today when launching Photoshop (v25.0.1), I keep getting a popup saying that my gfx card is incompatible. I'm running a Nvidia 3070 card on my laptop. Photoshop is set up to use the Nvidia card, as is the sniffer app. My GFX driver is updated to the latest update. I usually use the game-ready driver but I even tried the studio driver and after that didn't work, I even rolled back my driver to its previous version. None of this worked. Could this be a bug with v25.0.1 and how it's reading my card? I've never had this issue prior to this. Because of this message, I haven't really used Photoshop so I'm not sure what works and doesn't work. I did check under edit-performance and it does still give the option to use my Nvidia card however the option to use OpenCL is greyed out.

I thought maybe it was also an issue with my gfx driver so I rolled back a few versions along with rolling back to Photoshop 24.5.0... Still, the issue persists. I double-checked the software for my gfx card and it says that OpenCL 3.0 is supported. (Below is a screenshot)...
Just thought I'd share some additional information...
