Question

Layers panel option thumbnail has stopped displaying correctly

Hello,

I updated to v22.5.8 of Photoshop on Mac OS 10.4.6 and now the thumbnails in the Layers Panel are not displaying correctly (proportions are completely off).

This was working fine until the update.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks!

Please try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)

If this doesn't help you can try to disable the GPU support

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Another try: Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

Hi @Humayun0101, sorry to hear this. Would it be possible to share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,
