Dear Adobe Support and maybe community,
I am writing to report a significant issue that has been affecting my workflow and business operations.
Over the past year, I have developed a fully automated image-processing workflow in Photoshop, which relies on continuous, unattended operation for large batches of images — sometimes hundreds at a time. This system is built solely for my own internal use and runs on licensed Adobe software under a single user account. I almost perfected the process untill Adobe started to forcefully throwing popups with questions if someonelse is using my account and even log me out of my sessions.
In recent weeks, Adobe Creative Cloud has repeatedly logged me out without warning, even though I am the only user of this account. These forced logouts interrupt active Photoshop automation and cause the workflow to stop mid-process, leaving large numbers of images unprocessed. This behavior is extremely disruptive and results in substantial loss of time, productivity, and revenue.
To be clear:
I am not sharing my account with anyone else.
I am using the software on only my own devices.
I switch between two work computers, which is within Adobe’s license terms.
The logouts occur unexpectedly, even while the software is in active use.
When the logout happens, Photoshop actions are blocked and the automation fails.
From a customer standpoint, the software behaves as if my account is being misused, when in reality it is being used exactly as intended and within licensing limits. The frequency and unpredictability of these forced sign-outs make the product unreliable in a professional environment.
I respectfully request:
1. Clarification on how Adobe licensing handles automated workflows and multi-device use when only a single user is involved.
2. A solution or exemption to prevent these forced logouts so that my automated process can run without interruption.
Adobe software is a core part of my business, and I rely on it being stable, predictable, and operational at all times. At the moment, the current behavior is preventing me from working efficiently and casuing harm to my automated process results.

Ok, let's be clear: you say you have two work computers and three home computers, five in all.
What you don't say is how many licenses/accounts these five computers are logged into and when.
One license covers one user, two logins at the same time. A third login requires that one of the others be logged out.

No, to be clear. I have 3 computers. But already accepted the fact I can only use 2. I am aware of that. So I use Photoshop on 2 computers. 1 mostly monday till saturday, the second on sunday. I had the idea to be able to use a laptop during travel but I cannot without signing out. So I adopted a different kind of Photoshop(different brand) solution on the travel laptop.

So what happens, I use 2 computers, and instead of me choosing to logout from an other pc it randomly logs me out of my adobe account and ask me te sign in again. Never happend before since maybe 1 month now? I've been able to work on 2 pc's for multiple years and recently they started spamming, is someone else using your account and loging me off on a very essentiel pc/workflow.

Got it. What I would do here is make sure I'm logged out from all the machines, then uninstall/reinstall the CC desktop app. Then log in again.
Aside from the batching, do you first get a request to log out from another machine? If you make a note of machine names (found in Windows settings > system), you can keep track of which machines are logged in at any time, in your Adobe account. You can also log out remotely there.
It has happened exactly once with me, several years ago, that one machine suddenly occupied two activation slots. I just signed out of one, and haven't seen this since. But the point is, occasional glitches can happen.
